Every Job at a Glance
A job’s page opens on its story, with tabs for hours, money, people, inspections and the site. Each tab says what is waiting in it, and anything new since your last visit is marked.
What Every Job Makes
Set your charge-out rates, GST and markups once. Each job then shows what you can charge, what it has cost and the profit, whether it is charged by the hour, at a fixed price or as a contract by the week or month, and one list shows every job, least profit first.
Receipts and Dockets on the Job
The crew photograph a receipt on the job card and say who paid. Their own money comes back as a claim; a docket on the company’s account goes to the office to check.
Supplier Bills Read for You
Photograph a supplier’s bill and who it is from, the date, the GST and the total fill themselves in. It is filed against the job, and what you charge for goes on the invoice with your markup.
Invoices in Your Name
Your invoices carry your company’s details, a colour taken from your logo and numbers that carry on from the system you used before. They are emailed in your name, replies come to you, and you see when your customer opened one.
Invoices From the Job
A finished job’s invoice is made from its approved hours, claims and dockets, already ticked for you, then checked and emailed with a page that shows your customer how to pay. Each hour and docket is billed once, never twice.
Getting Paid
Everything you are owed on one page, late invoices in red with a polite reminder a tap away, each payment recorded as it comes in, and a credit note when something needs putting right.
Contract Invoices Together
When a week or a month ends, every contract’s invoice is ready at once, for you to check and send in one go.
Automatic Clock-In
Switch it on, and the app clocks your crew in when they open it at the job, with Undo if they are not starting yet. At knock-off time it asks if they have finished, and it never clocks anyone out by itself.
