How does billing work?
One simple plan, priced per active user per month. As your team grows across a tier threshold, your whole account moves to the cheaper per-user rate automatically, so you never pay a higher rate than your size warrants.
Who counts as a billable user?
Verified admins and workers only. Your founder account (the company itself) is always free and never counted, and pending or suspended users are never billed. Plans start at a 5-user minimum (excluding the founder), so the smallest plan covers up to 5 team members. When you tell us how many you need at signup, that sets your starting plan.
What currency am I charged in?
All charges are in USD. We show an approximate figure in your local currency for reference, but your card is always billed in USD.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial from the moment you sign up, no card required. Add a card any time before the trial ends so your team keeps working without interruption, and cancel any time before then at no cost.
What happens when my team shrinks?
Field work is seasonal, so we don’t punish shrinkage. Suspend or remove users and your seat count (and your bill) scales straight back down, dropping to a cheaper tier where it applies.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Manage your card, download invoices, or cancel from your in-app billing page whenever you like.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes. Pay upfront for the year and save on the total. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your billing page; if your team grows during the year, the difference is charged on a prorated basis.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All traffic to KārgāhFlow is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and payments are handled end-to-end by Stripe, so your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Your company’s data is protected by role-based access control, passwords are stored encrypted, and uploaded documents live in private storage that only your team can access.
